Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

• Damaged or defective product upon arrival.
• Incorrect product received (wrong size, design, or model).
• Mismatch in clothing size (only if the delivered size differs from the invoice).
• Color mismatch in apparel.
• Printing errors in sportswear (misplaced or incorrect design).


How to Request a Return or Replacement

• Contact SNP Sports Customer Support at support@snpsports.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.
• Once we receive the returned product, a quality check will be performed.
• If eligible, we will replace the product or process your refund accordingly.


Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after we complete the product inspection.
• If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
• For online payments (Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer), refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical issue, we will process a refund.
• Refunds typically take 7-10 working days. If not received within this timeframe.
